Conference Information

The 2008 F-15 Technical Coordination Group (TCG) World Wide Review (WWR) is being held at Renaissance Waverly Hotel Atlanta, Georgia, on 3-7 November 2008.

All registrants may pre-register and pre-pay by 3 October 2008 to avoid late fees.

NO ONSITE REGISTRATIONS OR FEES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Contractor Registration Information:

Conference registration fee is $100.00 for all attendees. There will be a late charge fee of $50.00 for registration after 3 October 2008. This will be on a space available basis.

** Participant substitutions will be permitted at any time.

Booth Registration Information:

The Booth registration fee is $ 900.00 per booth which includes ONE Conference Fee. Booth Registration after 3 October 2008, will be on a space available basis with a $ 50.00 late fee.

Registrants will receive a FULL REFUND if requested by 3 October 2008. No cancellations after 3 October 2008 will not be honored.

Each 8 X 10 booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape, 36' high blue side dividers, (1) 6' blue draped table, (2) chairs, (1) waste basket, and a 7" X 44" one-line identification sign.

All hotel rooms have been contracted at the prevailing Government room rate, which is currently $ 129.00 + taxes per night. Please note this rate is subject to change after 1 October 2008.
