Booth Registration Fees:
$ 900.00 Exhibitor Booth – includes (1) conference fee, 8 X 10 space, (1) table, table skirt, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket, signage and conference materials
$ 50.00 Late registration fee – any registration made after the deadline date of Tuesday, October 8, 2010 will incur an additional charge of $ 50.00
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be honored until the deadline date of Friday, October 8, 2010. After the cut-off date NO REFUNDS will be honored. NO EXCEPTIONS.
