2009 F-15 TCG World Wide Review Registration

The F-15 Technical Coordination Group (TCG) is pleased to present and welcome you to this year's annual F-15 TCG World Wide Review (WWR) being held on November 2-6, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Hotel, 9300 Airport Boulevard, Orlando Florida 32827, (407) 825-1234.

In conjunction with the F-15 TCG WWR, Emerald Consulting Group LLC (Doyon Emerald) is hosting the F-15 Vendor Fair on November 2-4, 2009 at the Vendor Fair Exhibition Area located in the Hotel.  The Vendor Fair allows contractors to present and exhibit company information, parts and services to representatives from the F-15 TCG Foreign Military Sales member countries who will be in attendance at the F-15 TCG WWR.  The member countries are Israel, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.

Vendors are also invited to present a briefing during the F-15 TCG WWR General Session on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 (0800-1200). If you would like to present a briefing, please contact Ms. Wanda Sapp, at (478)-926-2938 or wanda.sapp.ctr@robins.af.mil.  The deadline for submission of all presentations is September 25, 2009.  In order to accommodate all the briefings, we ask that you please limit the briefing to 15 minutes.  Please ensure the presentations are in Power Point and when submitting the briefing, include your company’s release authorization letter (in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)) applicable to all five of the F-15 FMS TCG member countries.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non- US citizens and non-US registered companies must submit a visit request thirty (30) days prior to the event. Visit requests not received and approved will result in your non-admission to the event.  Please submit your visit request through the appropriate channels. All conference activities will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Hotel.  The deadline for the Conference and Vendor Fair registration is October 8, 2009.  A late fee of $50 will be charged after the deadline.

Hotel Room Rate (all participants):  $99.00 (single to quadruple occupancy) until October 8,  2009.

Parking fees at the hotel are $4.00 for daily parking, $7.00 for valet service parking, $12.00 for all day and overnight parking, and $16.00 for valet service overnight parking.

Conference Registration Fee (all participants):  $100.00 until October 8, 2009; $150.00 after  October 8, 2009

The Booth Fee for the Vendor Fair is $900.00 per booth until October 8, 2009 and $950 after  October 8, 2009 .The booth fee  includes one (1) participant  fee, 10 x 10 booth space, table, table skirt, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket,  and signage.
